What is Clay Meditation?

It’s like meditation—but instead of sitting still and trying to quiet your mind, you’re using your hands to move gently with clay while being guided through calming breath and body awareness.

You don’t need any art experience. You’re not making anything "good" or "beautiful"—you’re just touching, rolling, pressing, or stretching the clay, slowly and mindfully.

This kind of movement is especially helpful for ADHD brains, overwhelmed nervous systems, or anyone who struggles with traditional stillness. It gives your body something to do, while helping your mind slow down, release stress, and feel more grounded.

It’s a somatic (body-based) way to come back to yourself—through breath, touch, and rhythm, not performance or perfection.
